The newly released Framework consist of theme redesign option backend and totally revised code as well. Pluse WordPress Theme is the only first theme that works on the newly released Framework. Nicolae Vartolomei has revised entire code for Framework which is much well organized, readable and well commented. The navigation menu from theme option is fully based on AJAX-driven which means that you can navigate through different sections at a time with ease, without waiting for each page to load.
